چکیده
Variations of the brachial plexus and median nerve relationships with axillary artery may be significant to anatomists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, surgeons. In some cases, coexistence anatomical variations nerves vessels also a source conflict between individual structures, e.g., entrapment neuropathy due atypical (superficial nerve) course artery. The presented report describes coexisting in neurovascular topography within fossa, arm, forearm, hand. presence superficial originating from second part was observed. Atypical common steam for subscapularis, posterior humeral circumflex, double profunda brachii, superior ulnar collateral arteries found deep roots. persistent contributing blood supply hand exposed. classification issues were discussed.

Bilateral superficial brachial artery – a case report
Variations in the arterial pattern of upper limb are common and have been reported by several investigators [1–3]. The great variability of this arterial pattern may be attributed to the failure of regression of some paths of embryonic arterial trunks [2, 3]. The presence of superficial brachial artery and the usual pattern of its branching in the upper arm or forearm have also been reported wi...

Case Report During routine dissection of a male cadaver, of unknown age and ethnicity, the left brachial artery was found to be tortuous. It was observed that the superficial brachial artery was arising from the third part of the axillary artery proximal to the origin of the posterior and anterior circumflex humeral arteries (Figures 1, 2). On following it in the arm, it was observed that at th...
متن کاملCase Report: A Case Report on Variation in Bifurcation of Brachial Artery
Variations in arterial anatomy are less frequent, contrary to the venous system, and most of these variations affect visceral arteries. Variations in the brachial artery are the most frequently reported and so far a minimum of six different patterns have been described. The most common of these patterns is the superficial brachial artery, which lies superficially to the medi...
متن کاملA Case Report of Ruptured Superficial Femoral Artery Aneurysm
Single superficial femoral artery (SFA) aneurysm is rare and occurs in approximately 5 per 100,000 patients. Rupture is a rare complication in this aneurysm. In this case report, we present the diagnostic and therapeutic work up of a ruptured SFA aneurysm of the right lower limb in a 75-year-old diabetic man with ischemic heart disease. Pre-surgical diagnosis was through physical examination fi...
متن کاملThe Absence of Superficial Palmar Arch with Persistence Median Artery: A Case Report
The prominence of the hand function is underlined fundamentally by its rich vascular system. The superficial palmar arch incredibly provides hand with the blood supply, which is normally formed by the ulnar artery and superficial palmar branch of the radial artery. In the current case, the unilateral absence of superficial palmar arch with the rare presence of the median artery was reported, wh...
